Hi! I'm Heather.
For years, creativity was something I squeezed in between raising my kids and managing an animal rescue facility. It was always there—but never the focus.
Now, with my kids grown and a new season of life opening up, I'm finally giving myself the space to explore art, photography, and creative work in a more intentional way.
At home, I've still got a bit of a rescue situation going on—3 dogs, 6 cats (and a very patient husband)—so life isn't exactly quiet. But it's mine, and for the first time in a long while, I'm making room for creativity in the middle of it.
This space is where I share that process—honestly, imperfectly, and as I go.

32 Years and a Hot Box: Our Anniversary Glass Blowing Adventure
For our 32nd anniversary we spent a weekend in Chattanooga and tried our hand at glass blowing with Chris Mosey at Ignis Glass Studio. Bowls of crushed color, a very hot furnace, and two molten globes to take home.
